Eighty-Six Second Cour: How Shin Nouzen Re-Enlisted his Groove Back

Well it sure has been a bit since we look at this haven’t we? Despite being in the closing part of 2021, 86 was a series that apparently needed a little more time to cook in the oven. With the last two episodes pushed back to March we all knew it was going to be a while before we wrapped this series. That time has finally come so after the cut, let’s take a dive into the second half of the series Eighty-Six!

My thoughts on the first half can be found right here!

Komi Can’t Communicate: A Thousand Words

If there was ever a finer more pure example of “Netflix Jail” then it would be the anime we are talking about today. Something that should have taken the fandom by storm, but somehow has been left to do its own thing. Does that mean the show is bad? Well after the cut let’s take a dive into the series Komi Can’t Communicate and find out.

Banished from the Hero’s Party, I Decided to Live a Quiet Life in the Countryside: Call to inaction.

B tier shows are always fun to watch. Not everything can be a perfect 10, and it is good for anime fans, and healthy for the industry, to have shows that are middle of the pack. Sometimes though those middle tier shows can surprise you however. Whether it is good scripts, fun characters, or an interesting premise. I already gave my personal recommendation to Saint’s Magic Power is Omnipotent for this exact reason, but can I do the same here? After the cut let’s take a dive into the series *deep breath* Banished from the Hero’s Party, I decided to live a quiet life in the Countryside.

The title isn’t nearly as big as Rit’s titties.

Best and Worst of Anime 2021

Anime in 2021 is all but over, and it has been one hell of a year. Not the all-time banger that was 2020, but plenty of good shows that I’ve enjoyed watching. I don’t watch as much as other people, but I do watch enough to throw up one of these lists. Like I did at the halfway point, it’s time to discuss the best, and the worst of this year. Granted not much has changed, but hey, a post is a post! After the cut, here are the best and worst anime in 2021.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba: Mugen Train Arc: The Slow Train

I was expecting something like this to happen, and it did. While the Mugen Train movie smashed records, it was safe to assume that in preparation for the official second season, they would take the time to re-air the movie, edited out into a seven episode run. Sure enough that was what happened, but the question remains. Is it any good? Well let’s take a dive into the Mugen Train Arc and find out!

My thoughts on the movie version is right here!

Best and Worst of Anime 2021: At the Half

Anime in 2021 is halfway over, and it has been a banger of a year so far. Many great shows, a bunch of really good ones, and a few that make you question the existence of god. Now that we’ve reached the halfway point, it’s time to give out my thoughts on what I think is the best, and the worst, of the year so far. This list will no doubt change by the time the end of 2021 rolls around, but here is where I stand! Let’s get into it after the cut.

That Time I got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 2: Second Cour: Mid Slime

I feel that Winter 2021 has been too good to us in many ways. Such a wide variety of good series, from mega-favorites returning, to new classics possibly being forged, and shows that had lots of tiddy. It was a solid season, one of the best we’ve had in a long time, and it also had this show. After the cut let’s take a dive into the first courĀ of the second season of That TIme I got Reincarnated as a Slime!
