I can’t gush about how much I’ve loved my time with this show. The music ain’t half bad either. The Tune of the Week is the opening theme for The Eminence in Shadow: HIGHEST by OxT
This is a series I’ve been meaning to get to for years. When the news of the remake came out I knew that it would be something I wanted to check out. A series that so many fans adore, yet seems to have vanished into the annals of time. A part of the Nasuverse that has spawned a billion dollar franchise, yet has next to no name recognition. Now that it has come out though, does it stand up to expectations? Or should it have been kept where it was. Well after the cut, let’s take a dive into the first route of Tsukihime: A Piece of Blue Glass Moon and find out.

The place where, like Issei in High School DxD, I’m going to make people eat their words as I give you my thoughts, opinions, and views on the anime and manga world. Nothing really special happening this week, but we can still shoot the shit. Let’s get into it after the cut!Read More »
It’s been a while since I look back at this series, but I finally finished the first season and I have my thought on it. Is the military sapce anime with extremely good looking boys still good? Or has the slow grind of the fight finally worn it down? Well after the cut let’s take a dive into the second cour of Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Die Neue These.
Spoilers for the series, please read with discretion.
Jujutsu Kaisen was an anime that set the world on fire in its debut a few years back. With great action, fun characters and a vibe that reminded me of ‘street-level’ Bleach. It was another example of the possible Shonen Renaissance that the genre has been experiencing. And while some of the accolades thrown to the series may have been premature, I can’t deny that it is a damn good piece of entertainment. Which is why the prequel movie was something I knew I had to check out. So after the cut let’s take a dive into Jujutsu Kaisen 0 and see what’s what.

I stuff myself full of candy as I give you my thoughts, views and opinions on the anime and manga world. It’s Halloween tonight, but there is still plenty to discuss! Fall 2022 has shaped up to be a real smasher of a season so far, one with many big hits and some surprising small ones. With a few weeks under our belt, it’s time to see how things are shaping up. Note that I have pushed Golden Kamuy off this list. Not because I haven’t enjoyed it, but that it is more a show I binge when I feel like it. You can still expect my thoughts on that later. Now let’s get into it all after the cut.Read More »
Bleach’s music was always killer, especially their ending themes. The Tune of the Week is the first opening for the new series: Saihate by SennaRin!
