I’m back across the pond, all my vacation responsibilities and I’m here to talk about anime shit. Welcome back to Don’t @ Mewhere, like the Funimation Anime of the the Decade awards, I come to drop down some controversial, biased and extremely un-researched opinions on everything about anime and beyond. Today we are wrapping up the year of 2019, by doing the exact same shit I do every time. Join me after the cut!
Welcome back to Don’t @ Me where the point is in the title. These last two weeks have been absolute hell over at the old career and thankfully things look like they are finally calming down. That of course means I’ll have more time for blogging, which I’ve missed terribly. So we’ll celebrate my hopeful return to form with eight more of my anime opinions. It could be about anything really, so join me after the cut!
It’s been a few months since we talked about anime music, and I feel like we should! I heard you like lists, so here is another post with ten more of my favorite anime opening themes! Check em out after the cut,
It’s September, which means kids are going back to school, but that won’t stop anime opinions from being made. Don’t @ Me returns to slap the homework of 8 more spicy opinions on anything related to anime and manga. Buckle up for it after the cut.
The Summer season of anime is just about to get started which means we’ve now reached the halfway point for Anime 2019. So far the year has been a bit more subdued than the banner year that was 2018, but there have still been some hits. Join me after the cut as I give you my preliminary bests and worsts of everything anime has offered this year. This list is absolutely subject to change as we still got two seasons left to go!
So the curtain has just drawn on The Rising of the Shield Hero, so far the other “big isekai” of 2019. While some had dismissed the show because of the controversial first episode (that I believe is a great idea, but just sloppily executed), others have stuck around and seen the show through to the end. I gushed about this show in my look at the first half, and now I return to take a look at the second. Does it hold up? Or like its sister series That Time I got Reincarnated as a Slime, does it lose momentum in the back half? Join me after the cut as I give you my thoughts.
